What you'll own
- Own the clinical governance framework, policies and assurance calendar
- Lead incident management, investigation and learning
- Prepare for CQC inspection and commissioner assurance
- Chair clinical governance meetings and report to the board
What we need to see
- Clinical registration or substantial governance leadership experience
- CQC inspection preparation experience in independent healthcare
- Incident investigation training such as PSIRF
- Ability to hold clinical leaders to account constructively
