What the first twelve months look like

A defined scope of practice you and your supervisor both trust, a stable same day clinic, and a development plan that is written down rather than promised.

What you'll own

  • Deliver same day and routine appointments within an agreed scope
  • Work to clear supervision and escalation arrangements
  • Support long term condition reviews
  • Contribute to significant event analysis and audit

What we need to see

  • PA National Exam passed and on the voluntary or statutory register
  • Primary care experience preferred
  • Clear about scope of practice and supervision boundaries
