Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Scale Health is recruiting an Enterprise Account Executive on behalf of a venture-backed B2B mental health platform. This role owns full-cycle deal execution from outbound engagement to contract close across HR, Reward, and People leadership. You will replace traditional employee assistance programmes with a modern, high-engagement digital solution.

What the first twelve months look like

In your first 90 days, you will master the platform value proposition, map target enterprise accounts across HR leadership, and initiate initial discovery cycles. By six months, you will establish a consistent pipeline velocity and reliably achieve quarterly new business quota. Within 12 months, you will have secured key enterprise logos and established scalable revenue growth across target sectors.

What you'll own

  • Deliver quarterly new business ARR targets by managing full-cycle enterprise sales from initial engagement to contract execution.
  • Build and qualify target account pipeline through direct outbound prospecting, industry events, and partnership with dedicated SDRs.
  • Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles with Chief People Officers, HR Directors, Benefits Leaders, and Procurement.
  • Conduct thorough commercial discovery and present tailored business cases that demonstrate measurable ROI and staff retention outcomes.
  • Maintain real-time pipeline accuracy and revenue forecasting within the CRM to support commercial planning.
